Kevin Rose, Auctioneer
Kevin, from Bristol, TN is a native of Southwest Virginia and
graduated from Lebanon High School in 1990 and attended
Virginia Highlands Community College. In 2008 he received
his certifications from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering
and the Professional Ringmans Institute and joined Damascus
Realty & Auctions. His auction experience includes real
estate, heavy equipment, automobiles, farm equipment and
personal property and a strong background and experience in
cattle, farming, and mining.
Scott Paterson, Broker/Associate, Contractor
Scott is originally from St. Leonard,Maryland and has an
extensive background in commercial and residential real
estate. Scott has a wealth of real estate knowledge having
listed and sold trophy properties in the metro DC area and has
an active real estate firm in Maryland in addition to working
with Damascus Realty & Auctions. He also has an active
interest in auctions of real and personal property. His young
daughter Lauren is the twinkle in his eye. Scott owns and
leases the Appalachian Trail Town Inn in Damascus.

Russell McBride Broker/Owner/Auctioneer
In his 33 plus year career, McBride has actively worked with
lending institutions, trust officers, attorneys, trustees, businesses,
non-profits, and individuals in marketing and selling their
properties. He has sold property by traditional sales and at
auction in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Indiana,
Colorado, Florida and Maryland. A Lynchburg, Virginia native,
he is a 1975 graduate of Appalachian State University, Realtor,
member of local, state and national associations and holds the

Larry Ginn, Auction Bid Assistant, Set-up Manager
Larry applies his organizational and planning skills assuring
logistics of the live auction run smoothly. An engineer by
profession, Mr. Ginn works auction day as a "ringman" helping
and assisting bidders convey their bids to the auctioneer. His
wfe is Tammy of 30 years, and they have two children, Jesse
and Heather. The Ginn's split time between their Damascus
and Suffok homes. Hiking the AT, biking the Creeper Trail and
cars, especially big block engines are his personal interest.
Larry is a proud owner of a 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass 4-4-2.
