Kevin, from Bristol, TN is a native of Southwest Virginia and
graduated from Lebanon High School in 1990 and attended
Virginia Highlands Community College. In 2008 he received
his certifications from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering
and the Professional Ringmans Institute and joined Damascus
Realty & Auctions. His auction experience includes real
estate, heavy equipment, automobiles, farm equipment and
personal property and a strong background and experience in
cattle, farming, and mining.

extensive construction experience and background in
residential, commercial, property rehabilitation and custom
building design. He is the owner and principal of Day 3
Construction following in the footsteps of his dad who has a
45+ construction career. Brian also assists at auctions as a bid
assistant and oversees the recording of items sold.and

native, he resides in Damascus with his family
